What is the best kind of comfort bike?

I'm 14, and 4 foot 11. So, I need something that I can reach the pedals on [but, not a little kid's bike D:]
I want a good bike for just riding for fun [hence, comfort bike] I've been looking at Schwinns and Electras. I have to buy it myself... I get $25 a week from my parents, I'd like to get the bike as soon as possible...
Any suggestions?
I like the Raleigh Circa I3. Is that a good one?

Keep saving is right. Best one I know of on link below. About $460.00.

They make bikes in different frame sizes, to fit all riders. If you but your bike at Walmart…. They will have a one size fits all bike that will be too tall for you. You need to get the proper size frame for your height. If you settle for too small of a bike frame it is your error. You now know better.
