Module 1 Bike Test
DSA Module 1 practical test This is a video of myself passing the Module 1 Motorcycle Test. I have been able to add numerous tips & advice thanks to YouTube annotations. Also have a read through of the comments since there are some good questions & answers. The motorcycle test is in 2 parts, Module 1 & Module 2. Module 1 tests your manoeuvrability in an offroad area. Module 2 tests your road knowledge while your being followed on the road by an instructor. Premises187. Here is some cut & paste stuff. The new motorcycle test went live on Monday 27 April 2009. It aims to improve the standard of road safety for motorcycle and moped riders. This user group has been identified as having a high risk of injury or death, this is particularly the case for young and inexperienced riders. BEST OF LUCK WITH YOUR TEST!!!

Answer for 1 & 2: You keep all passes! Each pass certificate lasts 2 years. You can redo the Mod1 or 2 as much as you like.
3: Nope, the only extra chance you get is for the high speed runs. That’s only for Haz Avoid & Emergancy Stop.

hi am thinking of doing mines soon ive got few questions,
*what if i pass one of the modules and fail the other?do i get to do the failed one again?
*what if i do a package with cbt aswell and fail my practical can i still ride on the cbt or do i have 2 do the whole thing again?
*ad in the module 1 if i do a manuvere wrong can i do it again?

i have my Mod 1 in a couple of weeks and i am not looking forward to it at all.. true i have only been on a 500 once and went very well but the slow stuff and swerve/emergency stop are worrying me… this vid is a great help though and i will be watchin it many more times to hopefully make sure i will pass… thanks

@Skuben I had the small camera on the outside of my helmet so it was kinda obvious. But he never said anything. I cant see there being a problem, I paid for the test. Also I read the small print and there was nothing that forbade the use of recording equipment.

I thought something like this was a full day thing ( like my CBT).. i much prefer this whole 1-1 experience rather than my CBT, 1 instructor… 2 of us on 50’s and 2 on 125’s so he had alot to watch for

Got my Mod 1 in 5 days time, and I am very nervous about it. This video is the best on youtube for Mod 1 test preparation. I’ve watched it loads of times now.

I messed up on 1st mod 1 got a clean sheet apart from doing 49k instead of 50k thru the avoid an Swerve .. Was well gutted .. Got me re-test tomoz.. Gonna nail it this time
