I have a Giant 2003 Sedona comfort bike, and I want to change my suspension forks to rockshocks. Can I do it?

Will i have to change to a different head set, or can i use my stem that's already on my bike?
Rockshock Dart 3 mtb fork 100M 1, 1/8 thread-less. My original shocks have died.
